Just wanted to give a heads up to other GM/Chevrolet Customers of a difference between customer service depending on which GM dealerships you happen to land on. My situation: I had a huge trip planned in March 2022 to travel to Baja Mexico and drive my truck and SxS along the Baja peninsula. Spent alot of money and took several proactive measures in Feb to ensure my Truck and SxS were ready to go to avoid any unplanned break downs etc. Brought my 2014 Denali into Doug Smith Chevrolet Spanish Fork UT to proactively replace all fuel injectors since engine codes suggesting a rough idle. Drove the vehicle maybe 100 miles before leaving for Mexico on March 4th. I was pulling a medium size trailer of approx 6000pds and after about 200 miles I heard a whistling sound or air escaping from what I thought was a leaking vacuum hose and saw an engine light turn on. Hooked up an ECU reader and found engine code P0300 on cylinder 5 immediately suspecting the injectors again. I took my truck into Henderson Chevrolet NV and told them I just replaced all the injectors and wanted a warrantee repair since Doug Smith put that in their 24 month warrantee parts and labor. Henderson Service Managers denied my request and said "we can't warrantee human error?" I said the warrantee covers both parts and labor yet they would not do it? Instead said it would cost $1,300 to pull both injector banks and replace all the seals again. This was very frustrating as I just paid 1800 a month earlier to get them all done the first time? Story gets worse: After they "repaired" my truck for the second time I drove no more than 200 miles back to Utah and some of the injectors failed again and lost power and engine light came on again. I asked Henderson for a refund for their botched "human error" and the refused to work with me again???? Out of desperation, I had to drive my truck back under a dangerous condition with extremely hot exhaust gases escaping through damaged injectors seals again. Again, I searched for the closest GM/Chevy dealer and dropped it off at Stephan Wade Chevrolet in Saint George UT. Here is when my story finally gets a little brighter, ""a better ending to a very bad story." I met Service Advisor David Ottesen who immediately empathized my situation and said we need to take care of this customer right away without charging him a single dollar! I was shocked to see such a 180 degree turn around from my experience at Henderson who would not do anything without more money. By the next day Mr Ottesen call me back on my cell and said we found the issue and replaced a damaged/faulty injector without any cost to you. Excellent work! I got back in my truck and headed north to SLC with no further problems! What a difference one dealership makes ? One was customer focused while another was profit focused when they both knew I was under warrantee. I am going to report this unfortunate incident to GM Corporate Office because they need to know and hopefully fix their dealerships service protocols to be consistent otherwise why even go to a dealer in the first place if you can't get the same support no matter what state happen to land in? They need to respond to customer service like Stephen Wade did for me. -longtime GM customer who's confidence was shaken a little :(

While pulling an RV our truck broke down. Knowing no one in St. George and having grown up around the auto business, I was most tenuous pulling into the dealership. Service Advisor David Ottesen turned out to be a godsend as well as the tech there, giving us exemplary service and making our crisis into a blessing! Caring, professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication, explanations, our crisis was turned into another blessing and cause for thanksgiving!
AJ Muller has been writing service on my vehicle for three years. I had purchased an extended coverage plan with the Stephen Wade family of cars when I bought the vehicle. A week before my warrant expired I noticed a slip in gear changes and took in the vehicle. AJ called me up and confirmed my suspicions on a slipping transmission. He was able to the item covered and a new transmission in at about a week. I have always had the best service and friendly atmosphere there. My husband and I live in Las Vegas and called 7 different dealerships looking for a capable sales team. We ended up calling Kenton Ames at Stephen Wade and he was able to answer all of our questions and even connected us to finance to discuss a possible purchase for a 2020 Chevy Traverse. The service was so impeccable we decided to drive the two hours to buy our car when there were multiple dealerships nearby. We made the appointment for the weekend, and my husband worked with Cindy in Finance and Kenton in Sales throughout the week to have the entire transaction worked out by the time we got there Saturday. We were late to our appt (time change) and Kenton was gracious. The car and paperwork were completely ready, loan secured, payments calculated, etc. While we waited the sales team was good with our 2 year old son, bringing him balloons and candy and allowing him to be a 2 year old. The service was so good we upgraded our car and ordered extra tires and wheels and added them to the loan. They weren't going to be ready on time so Kenton offered to personally drive them out to us in Vegas (in which he did)! The service was phenomenal and I never once felt a hint of the sleazy car salesman vibe from anyone. Kenton still keeps in touch to make sure we are completely happy with our car. Kenton and Cindy are incredible and genuine people. We will be buying all of our cars form them in the future. My husband and I joke about how that was the best car experience we have ever had.

On January 23, 2019, I accompanied my husband to the Wade Chevrolet Service Department for an oil change in his new 2019 Corvette. I walked thru the car lot and fell madly in love with Arctic white 2019 Grand Sport Vette. The sales manager, Blair, stopped what he was doing and immediately answered my questions and directed me to Elizabeth Reed in the sales department. The car info and FOB were quickly retrieved and my dream car became mine in a matter of moments. The vehicle was prepped and delivered by the next afternoon. The total process from purchase to delivery happened in less than 24 hours. You can't beat that for instant gratification. Plus, the Corvette was impeccable on delivery. Called Stephen Wade Cadillac and spoke the the BEST salesman ever, Nick Thomas. Told him what we were looking for, he called us back in 10 minutes and he had the perfect vehicle at an unbelievable price. The salesman that helped up were Gary Johnson and Mike Fundlingsland. They were awesome and the experience was great. Car buying is my husband's least favorite thing to do ever! This is our 3rd Equinox and the 2nd one we have bought from Stephen Wade Chevrolet. We will be back for #4 for sure.

First of all - the team at this location - the Stephen Wade Chevy - was amazing. They were not pushy - They were kind, and truly interested in your individual needs, and budget. We loved working with Nick - our main salesman, and then Mo and Robert were great and very personable. Ammon was also great in the sales/service department. And we can't forget Cindy - the finance gal :) - she is phenomenal! We recommend these folks to anyone!

The salesman didn't feel like a salesman trying to convince my wife and I to buy a new truck. He gave us all the space and privacy my wife needed to talk it over and decide for ourselves. It was a great experience, got a couple t-shirts and a hat, he helped us through setting up the vehicle on star and showed how to use the new features. They gave a good trade-in value for our car and basically made the whole experience hassle free.
